I’m Nicholas Ranauro. I teach movement as both an art form and a practice — through dance and Pilates.

My work reflects conservatory training and experience as a professional dancer across a wide variety of dance and theatre productions. I am also a choreographer.
An injury led me to a deeper interest in practices that emphasize longevity, strength, and physical wisdom beyond expression alone. That experience reshaped how I approach my body and ultimately guided me toward certification in Pilates.

In dance and exercise my background informs the way I teach: with precision, rigor, creativity, and enthusiasm — centering the needs of real bodies over idealized form.
My aim is to make movement accessible, intelligent, and deeply felt—whether you're in the audience or in the room with me.
